Once the desired pattern is finalized, the next and the foremost important step is cutting the denim cloth into pattern pieces from stacks which are layers thick. High speed cutting machines are used for the process of cutting. The cut-outs are then are sewn into complete pairs of blue jeans. At Iraa we have monthly cutting capacity of 140000 pieces. Cut, marked and verified with precision ensuring 100% quality of all the components.
